How to book an appointment

Scheduling your visit at Kanata North Orthotics is quick and straightforward. You do not need a doctor's referral to book a consultation — you can reach out to us directly. To request an appointment, please send an email or submit the form below with your preferred days and times and a brief description of your concern. Once your appointment request or email is received a return email will be sent to you sameday(often within an hour) with a date and time that will need to be confirmed by you within 24 hours of receiving it.

Your initial consultation lasts approximately 30 minutes. During this visit, we will take a comprehensive foot health history, observe your gait as you walk down the hallway, and conduct a physical evaluation on an examination table of your feet and related structures. Please arrive with enclosed footwear, bring an up-to-date list of medications and allergies, and avoid wearing skirts so we can easily perform a thorough physical assessment.
